Vision Bank's Trust Department has been committed to financial security and prudent management practices since 1942. Each trust's financial objective is reviewed for proper diversification and asset allocation to meet the needs of the individual beneficiary.
The following are the principle capacities in which we are prepared to render services to our customers:
We have been managing mineral properties in Oklahoma and Texas since the 1940's. Experienced trust officers have decades of experience in reviewing lease offers, processing division orders, and complying with trust agreement provisions as to the inheritance of the producing or non-producing mineral tracts. The Trust Department is a member of the National Association of Royal Owners (NARO).
If your estate involves mineral interests within the United States that need to be managed by a professional for the benefit of your heirs, please contact Eric Cook, Vice President and Trust Officer at (580) 332-5132 and schedule an appointment to discuss mineral issues. All conferences are free; however, we do not draft legal documents. If you do not have an estate planning attorney, we can assist you in contacting one.
Our trust officers will review the estate planning options of an individual in a free, one- hour conference. Our Trust Department does not prepare wills, trust agreements, or other legal documents. We always refer potential clients to their attorney for legal advice and document preparation.
In order to prevent the use of the U.S. Banking system in terrorist and other illegal activity, federal regulations require all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record identification from all persons opening new accounts or being added as signatories to existing accounts. This institution cannot waive these requirements.
